When it comes to cooking, I have always been passionate about using fresh and locally sourced ingredients. I love experimenting with different flavours and textures, and strive to create healthy dishes that are also fun to eat. This is what led me to eventually open my own restaurant, which specialises in breakfast and brunch. Locally sourced ingredients are at the heart of our menu, and we use them to create delicious dishes that are both healthy and hearty. Our coffee is made with freshly roasted beans, and our cakes are baked with love using only the finest ingredients.
